Desolventizing is a key process in the vegetable oil industry, aimed at removing residual hexane from solid meals resulting extraction stage of crushed oilseeds. takes place industrially large and complex piece equipment called Desolventizer-Toaster, which uses amounts energy form direct indirect steam to strip solvent adsorbed on matrix absorbed into oil. Due significant effect this operation quality flour general economics entire production process, simulation tool relate main variables considered highly useful for design operation. In work, detailed mathematical model proposed, integrates three different sub models represent same number operating regimes that take within device. The implemented solved R language its results are good agreement with available data.
